Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
½ medium Red Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
¼ medium Onion, chopped
1½ small Tomato, chopped
½ Garlic Clove, chopped
½ tsp. recent Thyme Leaves
Fresh Ground Black Pepper to style
1 cup Water
Preparation:
Place onion and bell pepper in a saucepan and sauté over medium warmth for five minutes. Add garlic and thyme and cook dinner for 1-2 minutes, then add tomato and water. Cook coated for 5-10 minutes. Puree the combination as a soup and season with pepper.
